BOJIN Successfully Installed Crawler Crane LMI in Indonesia
Recently, our company's technical team completed the installation, commissioning and calibration of a crawler crane load moment indicator at a project site in Indonesia. The equipment has successfully passed load testing and been put into operation, building a solid safety line for lifting operations at the local project.
The project site presented complex working conditions that demanded high standards of equipment stability and adaptability. Our technical team strictly followed construction specifications, completing the entire process including sensor installation, circuit commissioning, load calibration and safety testing. The system is now able to accurately monitor key crane parameters in real time, such as lifting weight, working radius and boom angle, and issue timely warnings when operations approach or exceed safety limits, effectively mitigating risks of overload, tipping and other hazards.
On-site, our engineers worked closely with the local construction party and equipment operation team to efficiently complete the installation and commissioning.
